Preparing for seashell shows is an exhilarating journey, filled with creativity and anticipation. The piece that ignited this excitement was Neptune Nutcracker, a majestic creation inspired by my love for the holiday spirit and the enchanting Nutcracker ballet. Armed with a plain wooden nutcracker and a vision, I began transforming it into a beachy masterpiece. Coral became the hair, and with each tiny shell meticulously placed, the piece evolved into something truly extraordinary. Sculpting with shells became my passion project, consuming my days and nights throughout the month of December.
As I worked on Neptune Nutcracker, the music of the Nutcracker ballet served as my muse, igniting my imagination and fueling my creativity. Music has always been essential to my artistic process, breathing life into my creations and evoking emotions that shape my work.
